Ihre Rolle

Would you like to drive business model innovation and build something new at ZEISS Vision Care?
In close cooperation with ZEISS Consumer Markets Management, you will drive a core business model innovation program. While no day is like the other, your role will include, but not be limited to:

leading interdisciplinary teams from all parts of the organization

recognizing trends and innovations in the eye care industry and beyond – be it in (omnichannel) sales, supply chain or production

preparing Management Board resolutions

defining new or improving current business models for ZEISS and our customers

setting required deliverables and milestones and ensuring their realization in time and quality

managing key internal and external stakeholders, such as partners, customers and suppliers

bringing in new ideas to further develop the effectiveness of the entire program, e.g., by implementing agile methodologies, capability building etc.

Ihr Profil

a degree with excellent grades from a leading university

at least 3 years of professional experience at one of the leading management consultancies or in leading positions at high-growth start-ups

profound experience in business development, business building, or business model innovation

proven success in lateral leadership of large and interdisciplinary teams and responsibility for complex projects

outstanding analytical competence, strategic and outside-the-box thinking

enjoy working in an agile way in networked, diverse, and interdisciplinary teams, and strong communication skills

“can do” attitude, focused on getting things done

customer mindset

passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologies

fluent English skills, German is a plus
